The Company

Shelfie is a high-touch home organizing company in NYC executing multi-day transformations for clients investing $6K–$15K+ per project.

We are not hiring someone to “tidy.” We are hiring someone who can run projects.

Overview

As a Lead Organizer, you are responsible for the execution of in-home projects from start to finish.

You will lead 1–3 team members, manage pacing and priorities in real time, and ensure the space is fully transformed - both functionally and visually.

This role requires strong decision-making under pressure. You will not be given step-by-step instructions during projects. You are expected to assess, prioritize, and lead.

Physical Expectations

• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Capable of lifting and moving items, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Must be physically fit for the role
• Comfortable working in diverse home environments
• Exceptional spatial awareness and coordination (must navigate tight spaces with care and precision — this role requires strong physical coordination)
